What does Takki cost?
Takki is free, and we expect it to stay that way. If that ever changes, we'll let you know well in advance. No ads — no matter what.
What ages is it for?
Designed for ages 3–12 — picture-first for the youngest, and older kids can manage their own tasks.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets.
Which languages?
Icelandic and English — with Icelandic always first.
Does Takki work offline?
Yes. Everything is stored on the device and the app needs no sign-in. You only need a connection if you want to sync between devices with a Google or Apple account.
Can we have more than one child?
Yes, as many as you need. Each child gets their own profile, lists and colour. A device can be shared by everyone or pinned to one child.
Do parents get an overview?
Under the small button top right is the family: tap a child for the week's progress, best streak and a calendar. A small nudge arrives on Sunday evenings to have a look.
